The franchise is initializing operations at the moment and is due to open its first market in the first quarter of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faber\u2019s professional career in real estate spans two decades. His role in KW Switzerland will comprise overseeing the expansion and functioning of Keller Williams\u2019 systems, models and \u201cagent-centric\u201d culture there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>William E. Soteroff, president of the international division of KW, known as <strong>Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW),<\/strong> said in a statement the company\u2019s multinational growth including international entrepreneurs is a journey that began with <a href=\"https:\/\/headquarters.kw.com\/leadership\/gary-keller\/\">Gary Keller,<\/a> executive chairman at kwx, 40 years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabre has a \u201cstrong, proven track record of continued growth within our master franchises in France and Monaco,\u201d Soteroff added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt&#8217;s a bonafide acknowledgement of our work in KW France and KW Monaco \u2014 setting up 55 market centers housing more than 2,800 agents over five years,\u201d said Fabre about being given the Switzerland branch, in the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faber also said through KW\u2019s combination of systems, training and technology, he aims to \u201creplicate\u201d KW Switzerland\u2019s success and expand further into Europe\u2019s market share.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KW\u2019s expansion in Europe is an addition to its 300+ market centers in over 50 regions outside the U.S. and Canada. The latest data provided by the company dates to Aug. 31 when KW had 16,613 international agents, a 22.7% percent increase from August 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Switzerland franchise marks KW\u2019s 16th master franchise on the continent. The other 15 countries include the United Kingdom, Portugal, France, Monaco, Poland, Greece, Italy, Albania, Czech Republic, Romania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Serbia and Cyprus, a statement from the company lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s international division has also expressed plans to expand across regions in Africa, Central and South America, Central and Eastern Europe and Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other regions where KWW has established its presence include Belize, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Southern Africa, Turks and Caicos and Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier in the year, <strong>Keller Williams<\/strong> and <strong>RE\/MAX<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/realtrends-500-keller-williams-and-re-max-offices-tops-in-percentage-transaction-sides\/\">led<\/a> the 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/real-trends-500\/\">RealTrends 500<\/a> list of the top 50 one-year movers by percentage transaction sides, with California-based <strong>Keller Williams \u2014 Cunningham Group,<\/strong> witnessing an increase of 136% by sides between 2020 and 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Real estate franchise Keller Williams, on Wednesday announced expanding into Europe with a new master franchise in Switzerland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":39545,"featured_media":4822,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3255],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2886],"class_list":["post-3571","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-archive"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v26.8) -
