Applegate Realtors<\/strong>, in Puerto Vallarta<\/a> and the Banderas Bay region, has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices<\/strong> and will operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Applegate Realtors.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company will be owned and operated by\u00a0Moray Applegate, an industry veteran who has more than 25 years of experience in the Puerto Vallarta real estate market.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a statement, \u201cJoining forces with a renowned brand like Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices allows us to provide an\u00a0added level of global exposure to our clients and listings,\u201d said Applegate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe real estate market<\/a> in Puerto Vallarta continues to flourish,\u201d said Christy Budnick, CEO, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moray was a member of the AMPI Board of Realtors<\/strong> in Puerto Vallarta. Additionally, Moray currently sits on the Honor and Justice Committee of the AMPI (the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
