RE\/MAX Holding, Inc<\/strong>., the parent company of real estate franchisor RE\/MAX<\/strong>, and Motto Mortgage<\/strong>, has appointed Annita Menogan to its board of directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stockholders elected Menogan to RE\/MAX<\/a>\u2019s board of directors at the firm\u2019s annual stockholder meeting last Wednesday. The stockholders also voted to re-elect Dave Liniger, Steve Joyce and Teresa Van De Bogart to the board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menogan is currently a board member of Children\u2019s Hospital Colorado. There, she serves on the compliance and business ethics committee, which oversees internal audits, cybersecurity, privacy, hospital and physician regulatory compliance, risk management, and licensing. She also serves on the executive committee and the executive compensation subcommittee. Menogan also serves as a board member of the Colorado chapter of the the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and is an NACD Leadership Fellow. At NACD, she serves as chair of the program committee and is on the diversity task force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to these positions, Menogan served as general counsel of The Simply Good Foods Company. Before Simply, Menogan served as chief legal officer of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc, where she advised the board and management through SEC regulatory activity and litigation, strategic redirection following the 2008 recession and two resulting shareholder campaigns. In the early part of her career, Menogan was a senior lawyer and the vice president, corporate secretary at Adollph Coors Company. She was also in private practice for 16 years, representing businesses in a wide variety of industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menogan holds a J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and a B.F.A. from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
