These brokerage firms and leaders are changing the game in real estate. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, RealTrends<\/strong> chooses GameChangers<\/a> based on five-year, transaction side percentage data from the RealTrends 500. This year, we chose seven independent brokerage firms and 10 franchises who grew their businesses at astronomical rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we categorized them by independent and franchise brokerages. Flat-fee brokerage made up a healthy number of the firms in the independent category. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three firms have received the GameChanger award for the second year in a row \u2014 eXp Realty<\/strong>, Compass<\/strong> and Lamacchia Realty<\/strong>, all in the independent category. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the franchise category, RE\/MAX Precision<\/strong> in Ankeny, Iowa and Keller Williams Realty<\/strong>, in Portland, Maine showed 400%+ growth over the past five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
