Buyers also have the option to add on an in-ground pool, a carport, a garage or studio pace and solar panels. Pricing for the homes starts at $1.625 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe pandemic accelerated many would-be second home owners to pull the trigger on purchases outside the city and the mentality of a weekend escape has transformed into longer stretches of time for true flexibility,\u201d Ryan Serhant, the CEO and founder of SERHANT. said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NevelHaus said the timeline from purchase to move-in date is expected to be roughly eight to 10 months.
