In his most recent position, launched and built the <strong>SUCCESS Coaching <\/strong>program for <strong>SUCCESS Enterprises<\/strong>, a subsidiary of <strong>eXp World Holdings, Inc<\/strong>. Prior to that, he served as the director of expansion and sales at <strong>United Home Group<\/strong>, served as CEO of <strong>Keller Williams Realty Coeur D\u2019Alene<\/strong>, and was the sales manager <strong>of Century 21 Beutler &amp; Associates<\/strong>, which he grew to be the largest Century 21 office in the world at the time, according to an announcement. Fairfield also served as the past president and director of the <strong>Coeur d\u2019Alene Multiple Listing Service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith his years of experience of helping agents increase productivity and brokers scale their businesses, Ben is a fantastic addition to the leadership team here at RE\/MAX, LLC. He knows how to inspire, how to help brokerages grow, and what is needed to support successful real estate offices,\u201d Amy Lessinger, the senior vice president of region development at RE\/MAX, said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a press statement, Fairfield said he was drawn to RE\/MAX due to the strength and consistency of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/two-drivers-in-the-growth-of-compass-exp-re-max-bhhs-and-realogy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brand<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRE\/MAX has a solid track record of success.
