The brokerage currently has franchise locations in Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana and Texas, and it is the largest brokerage firm in Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RLAH was founded in 2012 by Jason Sherman and Justin Levitch, and it serves homebuyers and sellers in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Since its founding, the brokerage has grown to include six offices and 370 real estate agents. RLAH claims to have closed $1.98 billion of sales volume in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the past five years, RLAH has been ranked in the top 50 fastest growing brokerages in the country for sales volume percentage and transaction sides percentage in the <strong>RealTrends 500<\/strong> rankings.
