Century 21<\/strong> has launched a new luxury franchise serving Chicago\u2019s greater North Shore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Century 21 Dream Homes<\/strong>, as the new franchise is known, will be led by broker Meldina Dervisevic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based out of the village of Northfield, IL, Dervisevic and her team at Investors Meldina Realty Group<\/strong> made the decision to join Century 21 as they hope to grow their business throughout Cook County, as well as the New Trier and Northfield Townships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Northfield is located about 19 miles north of downtown Chicago and just south of the Skokie Lagoons, a nearly 900-acre nature preserve. Lake Michigan is also a short drive away, located just 10 miles to the west of the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOf all the competition in the market, I chose the Century 21 brand because it is best suited to help me and my team find, connect and build relationships with luxury clients here in Illinois and around the world,\u201d Dervisevic said in a statement. \u201cWe are excited by the opportunity to join a legacy brand that is the most recognized and respected by homebuyers and homesellers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dervisevic said that she plans on using the brand’s marketing, coaching and learning, and tech tools to better prepare agents to meet the needs of luxury home buyers, sellers and property investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The franchise opened its doors on Tuesday and Dervisevic is currently looking to grow her sales team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 20,316 transaction sides in 2021, Madison, Wisconsin-based Century 21 Affiliated<\/strong> ranked 23rd<\/sup> by transaction side on the RealTrends 500 rankings<\/a>, the highest of any Century 21 franchise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Realogy\u2019s franchise group<\/a>, of which Century 21 is a member of, along with Corcoran<\/strong>, Sotheby\u2019<\/strong>s, ERA<\/strong> and Coldwell Banker<\/strong>, garnered $337 billion in sales volume in 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
