On the platform, users can compare insurance quotes from over 25 insurance carriers including <strong>Lemonade<\/strong>, <strong>MetLife<\/strong>, <strong>Liberty Mutual<\/strong>, <strong>Hippo<\/strong>, <strong>Nationwide<\/strong>, <strong>Safeco<\/strong>, <strong>Travelers<\/strong> and <strong>Encompass<\/strong>. Through this new partnership, Keller Covered will now use bolt\u2019s SaaS-based insurance exchange in order to expand distribution, create new products, and offer more choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolt claims to have the largest exchange of property and casualty insurance products on a single, virtual platform, one that includes two-thirds of the leading U.S.-based insurance carriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to inflation, inclement weather and supply chain issues, homeowners insurance is on the rise. According to S&amp;P Global Market Intelligence, premiums <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spglobal.com\/marketintelligence\/en\/news-insights\/latest-news-headlines\/homeowners-insurance-rate-hikes-far-outpace-reductions-in-october-67819432\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">are up<\/a> between 3% and 30% for U.S. homeowners. The average annual premium for homeowners insurance has increased by nearly 12% since 2018 to $1,398 in 2021, according to the <strong>Insurance Information Institute<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, <strong>Keller Williams <\/strong>, saw a 30.6% increase in sales volume for transactions completed in the U.S. and Canada, for a total sales volume of $532.2 billion,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/headquarters.kw.com\/press\/keller-williams-reports-q4-21-and-year-end-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according to self-reported figures by the brokerage<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top ranking Keller Williams&#8217; franchises came in at 11<sup>th<\/sup> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www1.realtrends.com\/rankings\/real-trends-500-by-sides-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transaction sides<\/a> and 13<sup>th<\/sup> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www1.realtrends.com\/rankings\/real-trends-500-by-volume-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sales volume<\/a> in 2021, according to the <strong>RealTrends 500<\/strong> rankings. However, the brokerage led the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/realtrends-500-keller-williams-and-re-max-offices-tops-in-percentage-transaction-sides\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">list of the top 50 one-year movers<\/a> by percentage transaction side. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santa Monica-based Keller Williams \u2014 Cunningham Group saw a 136% increase in sides between 2020 and 2021.
