The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. HomeSmart has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol \u201cHS.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Founded in 2000, HomeSmart is ranked in No. 7 largest brokerages by closed transaction sides and No. 10 by sales volume in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/brokerage-rankings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2021 RealTrends 500<\/a><\/strong> brokerage rankings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a press release, J.P. Morgan and BofA Securities will act as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering, with Stifel and Oppenheimer &amp; Co. as joint book-running managers. D.A.
