The MLSs stated that the collaboration came about out of a shared desire to further technological advancements in real estate through the acquisition of technology companies. Combined, the four MLSs have approximately 140,000 subscribers, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inman.com\/2021\/10\/16\/4-multiple-listing-services-unite-to-acquire-remine-replace-ceo\/?utm_source=dailyheadlines&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=localnewsletter&amp;utm_content=879649_textlink_1_20211018&amp;message_id=25360861.55684\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Inman<\/a>, which first reported the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;MLSs have taken a backseat to advancing technology that serves our subscribers and consumers for far too long,&#8221; Emily Chenevert, chair for MLS Technology Holdings and CEO of the&nbsp;Austin&nbsp;Board of Realtors&nbsp;and Actris MLS, said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Financial details of the joint venture are not being disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remine was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/company-profile\/remine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">launched<\/a> in November 2015 under the name \u201cReal Deal,\u201d before eventually becoming Remine Inc. Since launching, Remine has expanded to include a <a href=\"https:\/\/info.remine.com\/products\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">suite of digital real estate tools<\/a> including <strong>Remine Pro<\/strong>, <strong>Remine Mobile<\/strong>, <strong>Docs+ Transaction Management<\/strong> and <strong>MLS 2.0<\/strong>, and its customer base is made up of nearly 60 Realtor associations representing 1.2 million real estate professionals.
