The company serves communities throughout Lamar County, as well as Red River, Delta and Fannin counties. The 70-year-old family-owned brokerage is currently owned and led by the company founder\u2019s son, Nathan \u2018Jim\u2019 Bell IV, who took ownership in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elias Levy, owner of the former RE\/MAX Clarity, based in Chula Vista, Calif., and his team have affiliated with BHGRE and formed a new brokerage known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Clarity. The new firm is also headquartered in Chula Vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real Living Napolitano Real Estate, based in Coronado, Calif., has affiliated with the BHGRE brand to become Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Napolitano &amp; Associates. Broker\/Owner Michel C. Napolitano founded the firm with his parents in 1981.
