Collins is a dedicated real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in broker engagement, team retention, and strategy.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In his new role, Collins will reinforce ERA\u2019s mission to provide the best tools and resources for brokers and agents to succeed. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Broker Services, providing consultation for brokers and recommending best practices to drive team success.
