Compass<\/a>, the real estate technology company, announced it has merged with Avenue Properties, a luxury brokerage firm serving Seattle and the Eastside. With the addition of Avenue Properties Seattle outfit, Compass\u2019 Seattle team has grown to 225 agents.<\/p>\n

Avenue Properties was founded in 2016 by Bob Bennion, Bob Deville, Tere Foster, Moya Skillman, Mary P. Snyder and Evan Wyman. They have been a top residential brokerage in the Seattle Area.
