Established in 2014, the company will now serve clients as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatspacesboston.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Great Spaces<\/a> ERA Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Founded by close friends Nadine Fallon and Jamie Iacoi, the company has primarily catered to <a href=\"home-buyers-need-to-save-up-to-600-a-month-just-to-keep-up-with-rising-home-prices\/\">home buyers<\/a>, sellers, and renters in Dorchester. As Great Spaces joins the ERA\u00ae network, the two founders plan to continue their expansion into Greater Boston, from Metro-West, North &amp; South Shores, and everywhere in-between.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis is an exciting opportunity for ERA Real Estate to add to our network in the Greater Boston area,\u201d said Simon Chen, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate. \u201cGreat Spaces is a company that, after only three years, became the number one real estate agency for sales in Dorchester in 2017,\u201d continued Chen. \u201cThat\u2019s pretty incredible, and it\u2019s a testament to their team\u2019s work ethic, drive and customer service.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt took teamwork to get us where we are today,\u201d said Jamie Iacoi, co-founder and partner at Great Spaces. \u201cWe couldn\u2019t be more excited to join the&nbsp;<em>ERA<\/em>&nbsp;brand, which is supported by an organization with a vibrant and collaborative culture that is also deeply committed to the latest technology that fuels agent productivity,\u201d continued Iacoi. \u201cThis affiliation will allow us to go further and provide an even better experience for our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Forging relationships has been key to Great Spaces\u2019 success, as the team has become deeply embedded in the Dorchester community.
