ONE SIR Expands into the Delray & Boca Market Filling the Gap in their South Florida Portfolio.<\/em><\/h6>\n

ONE Sotheby\u2019s International Realty announces the acquisition of affiliate brokerage Nestler Poletto Sotheby\u2019s International Realty<\/a>. The acquisition marks the firms entrance into the Delray Beach and Boca Raton market and solidifies ONE SIR\u2019s position as South Florida\u2019s premier source for luxury real estate from Miami to Martin County.<\/p>\n

As part of ONE SIR\u2019s aggressive growth strategy aimed at attracting leading industry talent, ONE SIR will onboard NPSIR\u2019s nearly 80 agents to their flourishing network of more than 900 real estate professionals. The addition is the firm’s fourth acquisition in just over a year and brings the brokerage\u2019s total number of offices to 17 locations across South Florida.<\/p>\n
