He advises agents to send two cards a day. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=L2di-EOs_80\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Youtube<\/a> video he shares touts agents who have followed the advice with results that he believes are tied to the number of notes they send.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-52647\" src=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/01\/Ninja-Selling.jpg\" alt=\"personal notes\" width=\"400\" height=\"54\"><\/p>\n<p>Larry Kendall\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/ninjaselling.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ninja Selling<\/a> program also encourages its agents to send two cards a day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is quite a bit of research on the power of personal notes,\u201d says Kendall, noting that even former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning has been revealed to be a note-writer. During his football-playing prime with the Indianapolis Colts, Peyton was known to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/sports\/peyton-mannings-handwritten-letters-to-his-fellow-players-left-an-indelible-mark\/2016\/03\/07\/3760e12e-e4be-11e5-b0fd-073d5930a7b7_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">send handwritten notes<\/a> to retiring players.<\/p>\n<h4>There must be something to it.<\/h4>\n<p>At a time when technology is transforming the industry, relationships are more important than ever; REAL Trends conducted a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/2018-consumer-study\/\">consumer study<\/a> that found that referrals still were the top resource for consumers to find an agent.<\/p>\n<p>Randi Pereira, a Keller Williams agent in Prairie Village, Kan., says that sending personal notes spurs from her decision to be a relationship broker over a transactional broker. Pereira, who began sending personal notes after attending Buffini\u2019s Peak Performance seminar, says that notes help cultivate relationships.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s personal and it takes time to sit down and write someone a note. I think the person receiving the note feels special,\u201d she says. \u201cEveryone loves getting mail!
