Taking the iconic brand a step further in today\u2019s modern real estate landscape, Kentwood President and CEO Gretchen Rosenberg today revealed a refreshed Kentwood Real Estate brand to hundreds of REALTORS\u00ae at its all-company meeting.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-53341\" src=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/01\/Gretchen-Rosenberg.jpg\" alt=\"kentwood real estate\" width=\"118\" height=\"177\"><strong><em>\u201cOur new branding is a representation of our elite group of Colorado\u2019s top-producing brokers, said Rosenberg.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>All great brands, including Kentwood, must evolve and adapt. This new modern look takes the legacy of the Kentwood tree and color palette and brings it to the next level, which I have no doubt will give our brokers an advantage in today\u2019s progressive digital real estate era.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The iconic green Kentwood tree has been updated to be brighter and more modern, which appeals to Colorado\u2019s current and future home buyers and sellers \u2013&nbsp;while being instantly distinguishable as Kentwood. From there, a focus group of Kentwood\u2019s management and leadership team worked closely with the imaging agency,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.studiomast.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Studio Mast,<\/a>&nbsp;to finalize the <a href=\"century-21-rebranding-campaign\/\">brand refresh<\/a>, which is the second time in the&nbsp;37-year&nbsp;history of the esteemed brokerage.<\/p>\n<p>In the coming months, Coloradans will begin to see the new logo on yard signs, office fronts and in advertising materials.
