Giveback Homes recently celebrated five years of leading the real estate industry in philanthropic initiatives locally and internationally and will work directly with Venture Sotheby\u2019s International Realty on projects to benefit their local community.<\/p>\n

Giveback Homes is a trusted organization with a history of delivering real and measurable benefit to families in need,\u201d said Andrew Greenwell, Founding Partner and CEO of Venture Sotheby\u2019s International Realty. \u201cThis new partnership allows us to formalize our commitment to affordable housing in our area and provides our agents with an effective way to make sure their donations are making the most impact possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Venture Sotheby\u2019s Realty agents will make a donation to Giveback Homes at the close of each transaction. There are 65 agents with offices in Pleasanton and Fremont.  A build day will be scheduled in the area for the early spring with additional projects planned for the rest of the year. Donations will be allocated both local and international projects, directly benefitting people in the most need.<\/p>\n
