The announcement was made during the company\u2019s annual Growth Summit and Leadership Conference in February. As part of the program, HomeSmart International will provide unprecedented and comprehensive growth support to its franchisees, including local marketing campaigns and deal financing to strategically acquire brokerages across the country.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve invested millions of dollars building out a proprietary technology platform and hiring the very best people to create a high-tech, results-driven solution for brokers and agents,\u201d said Matt Widdows, HomeSmart International founder and chief executive officer. \u201cWith this initiative, we\u2019ll provide a new level of service and support to our franchisees by adding an acquisition strategy to their existing growth efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>HomeSmart International will consult with its franchisees and deploy a comprehensive local strategy that includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospecting for potential acquisition opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Email and direct mail campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Consultation<\/li>\n<li>Financing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWhen brokerage owners of other companies are looking for an exit strategy, we want them to think of HomeSmart as the solution \u2013 regardless of brokerage size or location,\u201d said Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales Bryan Brooks. \u201cWe are constantly searching for like-minded brokers who have aligned company cultures and want to benefit from a world-class technology stack and scaled systems for their agents.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In the last two years, HomeSmart acquired numerous companies in Arizona, California and Colorado while maintaining an impressive organic growth strategy in the 29 states where it has a presence.
