The public listing is expected to take place after the SEC completes the review process initiated by Fathom\u2019s confidential submission of its draft registration statement. Fathom says it expects to make its initial confidential submission in the second quarter.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Fathom Realty CEO Josh Harley made the announcement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fathomcareers.com\/big-news-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">at a recent meeting<\/a>. He noted that the firm&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtrends.com\/blog\/rankings\/real-trends-500-by-sides18\">rapid growth<\/a> has fueled the decision to go public.<\/p>\n<p>Fathom, which was launched in 2010 in McKinney, Texas, made headlines in 2016 when the company awarded 100 shares of private stock to its employees as part of its benefits package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Fathom Realty:<\/strong> Fathom Realty is a national, cloud-based, full-service real estate brokerage powered by its technology platform.
