REAL Trends announces the newest Association/Regional MLS Benchmark Report

REAL Trends announces the newest Association/Regional MLS Benchmark Report, which is more comprehensive than the previous two.

Are you out of the office for meetings more than other AEs? How much do I need to save in reserves for an association our size? What is everyone spending on employment? While on the road working with local Boards of Directors on their strategic plans, the leadership constantly asked me how their association stacked up to others. It became clear that the Associations would find financial benchmarks just as important as owners of residential real estate companies have in their business. Good news—you no longer have to squeeze your information into reports of associations that are not in real estate.

Cost is $199 for the annual report. Order now! Associations who filled out the complete survey receive a free report.
