Castle Rock, Colorado – September 12, 2017 — REAL Trends, the trusted source for news, research and information about the real estate brokerage industry, announced the key hire of Alicia Vivian as REAL Trends’ chief financial officer (CFO).

Vivian earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She also is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado. Before joining REAL Trends, she worked in a variety of industries including real estate, homebuilding, and professional services.
Alicia is responsible for REAL Trends’ financial activities, including brokerage and team valuation services. Her 15+ years of experience in auditing, financial statement analysis and preparation, and transaction due diligence compliments the service offerings of REAL Trends.
REAL Trends has grown from eight team members in 2013 to 17 team members today. “This is mainly the result of having relevant consulting services to offer our clients as well as strong growth in every one of our publications,” says Murray. “The company’s revenues have doubled in less than three years, and we think we have the right people with the skills and resources to continue that growth in the years to come.”
