REAL Trends announces the top residential real estate brokerage and team websites in its 2017 REAL Trends Website Rankings. If you’re looking to redesign or revamp your website, these are the best of the best and worth emulating!

REAL Trends, the trusted source for news and research about the real estate brokerage industry, announced the results of the 2017 REAL Trends Website Rankings, a report of the nation’s leading residential real estate websites.

This year, the REAL Trends web consultants reviewed nearly 700 residential real estate websites solely based on their excellence in the following categories: Best Overall, Best Use of Video, Best Overall Design, Best Property Detail Pages, Best Community Pages and Best Mobile Experience. “Our team reviewed all aspects of these websites from the design and navigation to the user experience, mobile and video,” says Brent Driggers, web strategist for REAL Trends.

“A brokerage’s or team’s website is often the first interaction a client has with the firm. It’s important that it be clear, attractive and easy to use,” says Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends. “REAL Trends web consultants have spent the last six months reviewing 668 brokerage and team websites to rank them in six critical areas. Real estate brands now have the ability to see the very best residential real estate websites from across the country and compare their websites to these sites. It is a valuable tool to be able to benchmark one’s own website efforts with their peers.”

Group Kora (http://www.groupkora.com/), an Atlanta, Georgia-based team specializing in luxury real estate, was named this year’s Best Overall website for its strong, minimal design, simple brand messaging, use of bold fonts and typography and hero imagery. “Group Kora’s website uses interactive elements throughout, creating a captivating and engaging user experience overall,” says Driggers. Group Kora also ranked No. 1 for Best Community Pages and Best Mobile Site.

The winners in each category were:

Best Overall
Best Community Pages
Group Kora, Atlanta, Ga.
Best Video
REAL Trends selected the top 10 brokerage or team websites in each category in this year’s rankings. To view the top 10 in each category, go to http://realtrendswebrankings.com.
