This year’s The Thousand is comprised of individual sales associates and teams who closed a remarkable 167,688 sides and more than $79 billion in sales volume for 2016—a significant nine percent increase in sales volume from The Thousand last year! Individual sales associates ranked in The Thousand closed an average of 192 sides, and teams closed an average of 470 sides. This is a huge number considering the 2016 national average per real estate professional is fewer than 10 closed transactions. The Thousand represents those who have done nearly 20 times that amount, speaking to the extraordinary success of these individuals and teams.
