Top agents join Corcoran Group from Keller Williams and Compass

Michael Hania, David Mayer and Raphael Sitruk are joining forces to form The MHS Team

Top-performing agents David Mayer, Michael Hania and Raphael Sitruk are joining forces at The Corcoran Group to form The MHS Team, according to a recent announcement.

The new team will be based out of The Corcoran Group’s Soho office and it will be led by senior managing directors Paula Manikowski and Brennan Zahler. Sitruk also will be associated with Corcoran’s Bal Harbour office in Florida.

Mayer and Hania are joining Corcoran Group from Compass, where they were members of The Charlie Attias Team. According to RealTrends 2022 rankings, The Charlie Attias Team was the No. 7 ranked large team in New York by sales volume with $174.7 million in volume. Mayer previously had been with Corcoran Group until 2019 when he left to join Compass.

“This feels like a homecoming and was such a joyous occasion that brought back a lot of great memories,” Mayer said in a statement. “I am excited to cofound this team with Michael and Raphael and look forward to working alongside such accomplished and talented partners.”

Sitruk is leaving Keller Williams, where he was the brokerage’s No. 2 individual producer for 2021 across all of New York City.

“Joining Corcoran was a natural decision as they are the No. 1 brokerage and highly valued in both markets we serve,” Sitruk said in a statement. “Being part of Corcoran gives us access to more inventory, new developments and better tools to serve our clients.”

Both Hania and Sitruk are from France and Mayer is originally from Montreal, Canada. The new team plans to leverage its French language expertise to broaden its global reach.

“With our combined expertise, dedication and expanded network now covering New York City and Florida, I am very excited about what is in store for us in the coming months and years,” Hania said in a statement.
