Percy announces the top 10 real estate seller pages for 2022

The companies were ranked based on the online resources they provide for home sellers

Data intelligence and fintech marketing company Percy, in partnership with RealTrends, recently released a list of the 2022 RealTrends Best Seller Pages, which ranks the top 10 real estate companies’ data-driven seller pages.

According to a press release, the companies featured on the list provide the best customer experience using seller pages that deliver best-in-class resources and online tools to help home sellers.

Per the release, these pages provide engaging content to sellers, including multiple estimated home value reports, in-depth overviews of buyer demand for similar homes, tips on preparing their homes for the market, how to market their home, and how to negotiate with a prospective buyer using real-time market activity.

The companies that made the list for 2022 include: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, BHHS Florida Properties Group, BHHS Fox & Roach, BHHS Georgia Properties, Chace International, Howard Hanna, Long Realty, PMZ Real Estate, Reece Nichols and The Keyes Company.

“At Percy, we believe that analyzing consumer behaviors can lend real insight to home sellers looking to understand their unique market and gain a clearer picture of their home’s value at a particular point in time,” said Charles Williams, CEO of Percy. “We congratulate these 10 companies who have used this data to enhance their services for home sellers who need assistance navigating a tough market.”

Percy uses machine learning and AI to analyze consumer behavior and help real estate agents and mortgage lenders close more transactions. It ranked the companies based on the online consumer experiences as well as the resources and online tools provided for home sellers.

These companies also provide content like multiple estimated home value reports, buyer demand for homes similar to the owners, tips on home selling preparation, marketing tools, and negotiation tactics for homeowners.

The grading criteria was designed independent of RealTrends, according to the ranking page.

Percy and RealTrends partnered in July 2022 to release the top real estate websites in six categories.

Currently, Percy has formed partnerships with more than 150 real estate brokerages in the U.S., combining 250,000 agents. Percy is the rebranded name for Buyside, a company that focused on homebuyer intent and seller leads.
