Lone Wolf connects digital marketing and CRM platforms to Transactions

Integration brings the company closer to its goal of providing a fully connected real estate experience for agents and brokers.

Real estate transaction management system provider Lone Wolf is connecting its digital marketing and CRM platforms to its transaction management solution, according to an announcement on Tuesday.

Through these new integrations, its CRM and digital marketing tools, Boost, Propertybase Go, and LionDesk, will be connected to Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition and TransactionDesk Edition).

Transactions is a transaction management tool providing users with checklists and templates, and is equipped with cloud storage that keeps important documents organized and secure.

“These integrations are a major step forward to getting everyone in real estate—whether they’re agents and brokers or buyers and sellers—the fully connected experience they expect, demand, and deserve,” Jimmy Kelley, Lone Wolf’s CEO and president, said in a statement.

This integration brings Lone Wolf’s family of brands together for the first time and brings the company closer to its goal of providing a fully connected real estate experience for agents and brokers. The integrations are free to current users of Lone Wolf solutions and are available to use starting Tuesday.

Through the new connections to Boost, LionDesk and Propertybase Go, Transactions users will be able to buy listing ads, pull contact details into their forms and signings, and start a transaction from their CRM contacts, while remaining in the same system. The broker version of Transactions will also offer two-way integrations to Cloud CMA, Authentisign, and Back Office. According to the press release, these new connections will provide a bridge between everything from social ads to listing presentations, client communications to contracts, digital signings to commission checks.

“Real estate is moving headlong into a modern digital experience, in which data moves smoothly from lead to close and equips consumers, professionals, and businesses with the timely, actionable information they need to make smart and fast decisions,” Lone Wolf’s chief technology officer Sean Wheeler said in a statement.

Lone Wolf acquired Boost, LionDesk and Propertybase Go in 2021, as it worked to expand its technology suite to include lead generation and CRM solutions.

Earlier this year, Texas Realtors announced it would be providing member with uninterrupted access to Transactions(zipForm Edition) from Lone Wolf Technologies as a state benefit. With over 145,000 members, Texas Realtors is the third largest state realtor association in the country, surpassed only by California and Florida.
