eXp Founder Glenn Sanford to speak at Gathering of Eagles, June 26-29

The real estate industry is continually evolving and changing. National brokerage leaders are positioned to spot the trends they are seeing in the industry and what brokers need to do to leverage those trends. That’s why RealTrends invited Glenn Sanford, founder of eXp Realty and CEO of eXp World Holdings Inc., to the RealTrends Gathering of Eagles June 26-29 to offer brokers insight into the current market and agent trends.

Since early 2002, Glenn Sanford has been actively involved in the online real estate space. In early 2007, Glenn launched BuyerTours Realty, LLC which, using a combination of web and traditional bricks and mortar, grew to three offices in two states. After the drop off of the market in late 2008, Glenn and his executive team went back and rewrote the entire business model in recognition of the “perfect storm” of lower revenues, fixed or rising overhead costs, and a consumer with more information and access than ever before.

eXp Realty, LLC was launched in October 2009 as the first truly cloud-based national real estate brokerage which meant giving up the traditional bricks and mortar environment and moving to a fully-immersive 3D virtual office environment where agents, brokers and staff collaborate across borders while learning and transacting business from anywhere in the world. In 2013, eXp Realty became a subsidiary of eXp Realty International Corp.

From 2004 to 2007, Glenn ran a large mega-agent team and consulted to Keller Williams International as a member of the Agent Technology Council in the areas of online client acquisition, client conversion and technology. Glenn also was a significant contributor to Keller Williams Internet Lead Generation Masterminds.

Prior to real estate, Glenn was active at the executive level with a number of technology-related companies. In 1998, he founded and served as President for eShippers.com, an online e-commerce and logistics company.

At the conference, Glenn will talk about competition, new business models and how to prepare for the next market.

The GOE provides essential business strategy advice for the nation’s top residential real estate firm CEOs, president and their C-level leadership team, as well as Realtor association executives and senior management from national franchises, relocation firms and referral networks.

The event will also have sessions covering:

  • Attracting talent in a highly competitive climate
  • Core services and increasing capture rates
  • Evolving brokerage business models
  • The future of lead generation
  • Managing relationships with top teams
  • And so much more!

The GOE will be a great time to network as you enjoy the venue, the Broadmoor Hotel, nestled in picturesque Colorado Springs. The schedule includes time to play in the RealTrends charity golf tournament, take a trip to Pike’s Peak or the Seven Falls, and catch up with peers.
