Compass once again comes out on top in the 2023 RealTrends 500 brokerage rankings, with a $182 billion increase in sales volume over the last five years — 2018-2022, ranking No. 1 of the Top 5-Year Movers by Sales Volume.
An analysis of the top five-year movers by sales volume shows the big national brands took the top five spots. This ranking shows the firms that had the largest increase in sales volume between 2018 and 2022.
eXp Realty was No. 2 and had the second highest five-year increase in sales volume, with a increase of $139 billion in sales volume in five years. No. 3 was Anywhere Advisors with an increase of $41 billion between 2018 and 2022.
Rounding out the top five were HomeServices of America with an increase of $29 billion and @properties with a $20 billion increase.
