ArriveHome is the brainchild of real estate and tech industry leaders who understood the need for a platform that would provide efficiencies for residential real estate agents as well as simplify consumers’ process of buying or selling a home. It is the first-ever mobile application to immediately connect nearby, “live,” real estate agents with homebuyers actively shopping for a house, enabling subscribers to contact agents, and see a home as quickly as you can request a ride on your smart phone.

The ‘uberfication’ of how we purchase homes is here. With the advent of ArriveHome. Gone are the days of waiting for an agent to see a property, alleviating the fears of losing out on purchasing your dream home. I’m excited for Todd Narlinger and Jeff Narlinger as their experience in the real estate industry is translated in alleviating this problem in the form of this simple and redefined application for consumers and agents alike.

Inman Connect’s week-conference brings together more than 4,000 of the real estate industry’s leading professionals including agents, brokers, franchise CEOs, MLS and association leaders, tech entrepreneurs, marketing executive, etc. to optimize industry business and growth. This year’s event will take place at the New York Marriott Marquis Jan. 22-26, 2018.

ArriveHome Co-Founder, Jeff Narlinger, hopes their Inman exhibit will show, “Basically, what Uber did for the Taxi Industry, in providing efficiencies and advantages that both providers and consumers never knew they needed. That’s the impact, we believe ArriveHome will have on the residential real estate industry in its benefits to the home search process for both agents and consumers alike.”

Knowing what agents face in today’s competitive market prompted the App’s creation by integrating tools to optimize agents’ ability to do better business. It enables them to contact active home shoppers, connect immediately with potential leads, and instantly respond to showing requests. The company’s exhibit will feature digital demonstrations of the Application’s benefits for real estate professionals in attendance.

In September 2017, ArriveHome launched its new iOS and Android versions in Colorado, and will be releasing in other states and markets over the next several months, including Texas, Arizona, Nevada, as well as California. For more information, please visit www.arrivehome.com.
