America's Best

The list, now in its sixth year, ranks the most productive agents by state and metropolitan area based on closed transaction sides and closed volume. Agents and brokers selected for the 2018 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list receive additional exposure from Adwerx to help them grow their business.

“This prestigious group of highly successful real estate sales professionals and teams represents less than 1 percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States,” stated Steve Murray, president, REAL Trends, Inc.

“The America’s Best list is a trusted resource for consumers seeking agents with experience and a proven track record,” said Jed Carlson, CEO at Adwerx. “We are excited to help these agents and teams share their accomplishment with their communities.”

Last year, almost 12,600 U.S. real estate sales associates from every state were featured. To be included in the 2017 ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2016. Teams must also have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume in 2016. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.  The 2018 America’s Best list will be released on July 10.
