Sales Indicators Point to Good 2012
The January 2012 REAL Trends Housing Market report showed that unitsales continued their six month streak of improvement. In four of thosemonths the increase was in the double digits. While the average price ofhomes sold was still down, the decrease was among the littlest of the lastsix months. Anecdotal information from a variety of leading regional firmsshowed even more strength as did some multi-year record results for severalof the national organizations.
