Market place still based on an environment that doesn't exist anymore

The cooperation and compensation upon which the industry is built isunder extreme stress. I believe one factor is that cooperation was finewhen the brokerage community was homogenous and cooperative. It has nowbecome fragmented and contentious. Used to be sales professionals knew eachother as they personally exchanged information and negotiated contractswith each other. Now contracts are sent via email and it is far less likelythat any relationship is established between the parties.
