Owners Compensation		The total of salaries, wage taxes, health and/or life insurance preniums, auto allowances and expenses, club dues, IRA/SEP contributions, etc., paid by the company to the owner(s) of the company.
Gross Cash Flow		Sum of cash flows from items above
Comparable Cost of Management		An estimate of the annual cost to replace the management services provided by the owners
Non-recurring Income		Extraordinary, one-time incomes that are not part of ongoing operations
Capital Investment Expense		An estimate of the annual cost of capital investment required by the company
Adjusted Cash Flow Total		The sum of all items related to cash flows generated by the company from above
Multiplier		The current market multiplier for a firm of your size, market and region where the company has its operations
Estimated Cash Flow Value		The indicated value of your firm based on the cash flow value
Estimated Company Revenue Value		The indicated value of your firm based on the company revenue valuation method
Value of Company		The final value of your firm at this time
